How do I join the Ocean Area Tire Rewards Program?

It’s easy. Visit your nearest Ocean Area Tire location and ask to join the program. You’ll be enrolled in the Ocean Area Tire Rewards program in-store and will receive a member card. Within 24 hours of your transaction, an Ocean Area Tire Rewards account will be established in your name and you will receive a welcome email with a temporary password. Use your Ocean Area Tire Rewards Member # & temporary password to login to your account & finish your enrollment by selecting any one of our reward program currencies & providing your reward program member # and then saving your updated profile.

If you wish to activate your Ocean Area Tire Rewards Membership prior to making a purchase or before receiving your welcome email, simply click on the ‘Activate a Card’ link and complete your member profile.

What do I need to do to earn Miles/Points?

Join the program & activate your rewards account (outlined in the FAQ above) & make qualifying purchases with Ocean Area Tire. For more information visit the Earn page.

What's the difference between the Ocean Area Tire Rewards Program and Ocean Area Tire Points?

When you join the Ocean Area Tire Rewards Program you are registering with Ocean Area Tire to earn Miles/Points in one of the available reward currencies (e.g. Ocean Area Tire Points, American Airlines AAdvantage Miles, etc.).

Ocean Area Tire Points is Ocean Area Tire’s in-house currency – if you select this program as your chosen reward currency, you will earn Ocean Area Tire Points and will be able to redeem the Points earned for a variety of items, including our own Ocean Area Tire gift cards, as well as retail and VISA gift cards. How do I keep track of my Miles/Points?

You can see the Miles/Points you’ve received through your participation in the Ocean Area Tire Rewards Program by logging into your Ocean Area Tire Rewards account. If you have opted to earn Ocean Area Tire Points you can see your current account balance here too. But to find your current Miles/Points balance for any other reward currency you’ve chosen, you will have to visit the respective program website (e.g. American Airlines AAdvantage, etc.).

For Ocean Area Tire Points Members, to view your Ocean Area Tire Points balance you simply sign into your account and click on Account History.

Why are my purchases showing as having a ‘Pending’ Status in my Transaction History?

You are most likely seeing a ‘Pending’ Status because you haven’t selected a Reward Program on your Profile page. Once you select your reward program from the available options, we can credit those Miles/Points to that reward program. The status of the transaction will be updated within 3-4 weeks of you updating your profile.

If you have already updated your profile and are still seeing the ‘Pending’ status, please contact us.

How many Miles/Points do I need to redeem?

It depends on the program you are earning Miles/Points in. Each program has different redemption levels. Please visit the respective program website to find out how to redeem.

What are Bonus Offers?

We will promote Bonus Offers periodically to help you accelerate your Miles/Points balance. You will be notified by our reward program emails on how to take advantage of the offers.
